This regular monthly community tour and open house of the East Bay's biggest and most "suburban" cohousing neighborhood, Pleasant Hill cohousing has been on our calendar for a while, but we wanted to call attention to it, as there are now two homes for sale in the community, and it looks like we've got a break from the weather. I've been sidelined with a foot injury, so can't come and do a whole EBCOHO meeting there as I had hoped, but I recommend the tour as a good way to learn more.

From the PHCH website: Our Monthly Tour - We conduct regularly scheduled tours on the first Sunday of each month (with some exceptions if it's a holiday weekend or no one has signed up). The tour starts at 2:00 pm and takes about an hour depending on the size of the group. It's recommended that you wear shoes that are easy to take on and off, as some areas of our community are "shoeless" and the tour goes more smoothly if we don't have to spend too much time dealing with shoes on and off. Please contact us to let us know you're coming (RSVPing here will do --R). We recommend coming on a tour as your first step if you want to be on our List of Interested People.
