Tour de East Bay Cohousing - a BICYCLE tour (Oakland/Emeryville/Berkeley)

This location is shown only to members

A healthy alternative affordable East Bay Cohousing Tour is coming at the end of July! Pump up your tires and get ready to bike to up to 6 East Bay cohousing communities. We'll be biking approximately 8-10 miles on a flat route at a leisurely pace with frequent stops. Places we'll visit include Doyle Street in Emeryville, Mariposa Grove in North Oakland, Temescal Commons and Temescal Creek Cohousing in North Oakland and end at Swan's Market Cohousing in downtown Oakland where you can jump on BART or pedal home.

Karen Hester, founding member of Temescal Creek Cohousing (and an EBCOHO member), is your tour leader.

Tour was good length, well organized with lots of nice touches such as very good presentations at each stop and lunch for Bakesale Betty's. Karen was first rate as a tour guide. -- Jennifer Ryan and Bill Bank, EBCOHO Supporting Members

Cost is $35 with cold drink provided, $45 with chicken sandwich lunch from Bakesale Betty and cold drink provided. Limited to 30 participants. Advance registration (not just RSVP here) required.
