ElderSpirit founder Dene Peterson on spirituality, affordable Senior Cohousing

No location was chosen

ElderSpirit (Abingdon, VA) founder Dene Peterson will speak about creating elder cohousing, how she was able to organize a group creating mixed-income ownership-and-rental cohousing.

We have a confirmed location in Berkeley near Berkeley cohousing, right by the HomeMade Cafe. Please do RSVP so we can plan. This meeting will NOT include a potluck dinner.

Dene Peterson, a former Catholic Nun, helped create the first East Coast Senior Cohousing community, ElderSpirit in Abingdon, VA, and the first community to incorporate affordable rentals and multiple funding sources as well as market-rate condos. Learn how you can do the same and design your own retirement neighborhood.
