I'm interested in joining or starting an intentional collective that is for low-income people, and that would focus on sustainability.
Through various workshops held.
Living in community with like-minded people, supporting each other in creating a nurturing and sustainable life together.
I'm interested in limited-equity collectives where we all become owners all have an equal stake in our life together.
I could do urban or rural. I let go of my car, so an urban setting with good public transportation would probably be best. But I do love the beauty of more rural areas, and would figure out what to do .
If you are interested in the many different forms of intentional and sustainable communities, join this Meetup Group and ask questions. You'll get the info you need to either start a community, or find one to join.

Hi, Rivian. Just signed up for the Saturday meeting and noticed you had also RSVP'ed. I remember that we briefly discussed co-housing on Sunday when we met at the Lake. Look forward to seeing you there.

Rivian, I hope to see you Nov 8 at Brower. We're apparently both on the waiting list. Carolyne's going as well. I was just thinking about you yesterday. How are you??!!
I so enjoyed meeting you yesterday. I am totally convinced it was no accident. Share many of your views if not all. I think it would be nice to hang out and share. Call me or send me an e mail. Best, Brigitte
Welcome to East Bay Cohousing, Rivian. I hope you can go on tomorrow's bike tour and check out the examples at Mariposa Grove, which is a limited-equity affordable community with lots of great sustainability elements. I look forward to seeing you at our future gatherings.
