community and coexistence. More natural than not living in a community, and more conducive to happiness.

What's most likely: Rent, Buy, Share, Build, Co-create?

Renting for now. one day i would love to build and co-create or buy in.

Where are you most interested in living?

Northern oakland hills or somewhere similarly beautiful and natural.
