  • Hi Susan, not Debbie, My sons and their wives and babies live in Bernal Heights, which is right next to the Mission district. It takes me less than 15 minutes to drive to their house. It sounds like we have some things in common, in terms of where we are in our lives and what we're doing. Thanks for writing back!

  • Hi Debbie, When will you be arriving in SF? Since I'm not able to move into cohousing right now, I want to share my house with someone who is also interested in the concept. Let me know if you're interested in talking.

  • Welcome to East Bay Cohousing, Debbie. To answer some of the questions you've posted on photos: There are no homes for sale or rent at Swan's Market Cohousing in Oakland at this time; the photo you commented is of the Common House. In San Francisco, nothing will get started until we have enough people seriously interested and ready to move on a particular site. Come on by one of our meetings/orientations, learn more, and get connected!
