Hello, I'm a Bay Area native who has been interested in intentional communities for several years now. Though groups are different, I was wondering what skills such communities find the most need for or are the hardest to find.
Attended a few of their meetings. Look forward to catching one of the East Bay Cohousing tours.
Either renting or buying part of a condo complex or house/housing development. Sharing food and utility expenses, errand rotation, oppurtunities for both social communion and privacy.
All the above. If taught the skills, I can also help build.
Anywhere in the Bay Area that's relatively low crime.

Lafayette Reservoir is off Acalanes and head toward Lafayette, not at all near a veterans bldg. Maybe you can yahoomap it.
