  •  Thanks for checking in! I decided to hold off on the East Bay, but I am still looking for a cohousing opportunity that might fit my needs.

  •  Thanks Raines. One way or another I hope to be part of a cohousing community someday. Perhaps we will meet at a future event. Best, Ellen

  •  Hi Raines,
It took only 5 months, but I've completed my profile. I'm very interested in attending an "Introduction to Cohousing" sort of event. I'm very uninformed about the practical details of cohousing, but at the moment I'm picturing purchasing and converting an apartment building into cohousing units. Anyway, just following this site for a few months, you do a lot of work for this effort - thanks!

  •  Well hello! Yet another social software networking adventure! How do we RSVP for Diana Leaf Christian slideshow on the 19th of August. Sorry I cannot make the workshop. I am the one who wrote the article in the Examiner.com. :)

  •  Hi Raines, that's great! Thanks for your efforts to get us all rowing together. Let me know if some of you want to go to dinner after to help with building connections.

  •  Raines: Welcome! I'm a fellow Hub member and social entrepreneur, also with about a quarter century of community organizing and grassroots marketing experience. So great to connect with you! Amy

  •  In answer to your question, I don't know how to keep comms going, I'm doing some of it informally but it's a dog's breakfast. Maybe arranged marriages amongst members of different networks of groups would help.

  •  Hi Raines, sorry not to have welcomed you before. Has any of us discussed having you speak at one of our meetings? If not, we should. If you want to BART over to a meeting soon, by all means... Maybe I can even leverage Judith into attending! (She has Empathy Team on Mondays.)

  •  Emailed BERKELEY Coho which returned.
    Dear Raines,
My son and I would much like to live in the area but can't find a place where can each have a unit. He, a musician/ instrument builder in St. Thomas; I, in NYC, a produced/published writer. We met you several years ago in Denver and were impressed with your intelligence and generosity. Can you help us find something in your area?
    Hopefully,
