Introduction

Originally from California, e are moving from Israel back to the East Bay in June and are very interested co-housing. We have two sons, Zev (age 3) and Ari (born Dec 07). We are excited to meet other like minded individuals and families!

How did you hear about East Bay Cohousing?

What does Cohousing mean to you?

It takes a village- one that cares about the environment and those who live near you. It means dinners together, helping each other out in times of need and joy, celebrating together, and collaborating to create solutions for better living.

What's most likely: Rent, Buy, Share, Build, Co-create?

We are looking to rent or buy. We are dreaming of co-creating a Jewish co-housing community, but realize that will not happen immediately. We are most interested in learning about cohousing and introducing the idea to others in the Bay Area.

Where are you most interested in living?

Berkeley, walking distance to BART, libraries, and green space. Its so important to us for our kids to have a safe place to play, and to be able to walk to friends homes without fear. Who we are living with is just as important as where.
