What does Cohousing mean to you?

A collaborative of people who value community, sustainability, conscious living, and earth-friendly principles. A combination of independent living and shared living. Pragmatic, realistic, with a value on consensus but not to the degree that consensus paralyzes the community. A group of fun, friendly, conscious individuals, inter-generational model ideal even in a retirement community.

What's most likely: Rent, Buy, Share, Build, Co-create?
