I'm open for gathering with other people who are interested in creating a cooperative, peaceful, loving living space. I've been in the EBay area now for a few months, just watching for openings in the area in co-housing, eco-village, community houses, and I'm not seeing much action. So lets create some action. Anyone else out there looking to find a "home"? Would love to talk. If you are interested contact me through this site. We can discuss options once we find other interested people. Once we've formed a group maybe we can have our famous co-housing coach( Raines) consult with us in forming techniques. Peace and happiness, Ananda

Hello, Ananda:

I have been here since May of 2010 and I also feel very discouraged by not finding the "home" you speak of. I would love to get together with you and others to discuss possibilities. Let's get together after New Year's. Peace and blessings, Brigittesmile

I'd like to join you. I think if we set a date and a place to meet and announce it, something can start to happen.

Hello Ananda and Martha Lou:

Let's agree on a meeting date and place. I would suggest some Saturday or Sunday evening. Let's keep the momentum going .... I am in El Cerrito, but Bart is not too far for me so let's schedule a meeting place near a Bart station. Peace and blessings and lots of good things for 2012laughing,

looks like we're starting a group. Lets meet Sunday Jan 8th at Tully's coffee in downtown Berkely around 4:00? Would that work for everyone? Bring others if you know of anyone.

Meeting on Sunday at 4 pm works for me. However, maybe we'd do better at someone's house - less noise, more comfort. I would be happy to host at my house. I live at 635 65th St. north Oakland off Shattuck, one half block from the crossing of Alcatraz and Shattuck. Warning - my street does NOT go through to Telegraph.

There is plenty of street parking on Sundays, and I am a 10 minute walk from the Ashby BART station.

I could provide black and herbal tea and maybe folks could bring some cookies or something to share.

My phone number is 510 652 6130. Please let me know if this works for folks - I'd like a head count.

If one of you would be kind enough to click on "Suggest a MeetUp" with the basic what/where/when info on the main EBCOHO page, that would help get the word out beyond the small # who read the message boards, and also help with RSVP tracking.
