Was not familiar with the Hub, but glad to become acquainted; enjoyed it. Room a little small, but just made it cozy. Nice touch to have the glass pitcher of water and glasses (not throw away).

The actual conference room was a bit small and got to be crowded with the few people who came. But the ambience is great and very easy to get to.
