• Get a taste of what it's like to dine together, with regular common meals.
• Learn about each community's unique design, how it came together, and the innovative approaches to affordability, diversity, inclusion, and sustainability each embodies.
• Find out how to learn about future openings in these communities and new ones in formation in the area and beyond.

Communities on the crawl include:

• Parker Street Coop, a limited-equity coop near the UC Berkeley campus.

• Berkeley Cohousing, which has a rare short-term rental available.

• Bella Vista Commons, a new community with 2 low-priced homes available for sale just East of Lake Merritt.
  
  
• Temescal Commons, a faith-founded cohousing neighborhood in North Oakland.

• Golden Gate Cohousing, an all-rental affordable community near Emeryville.

• Radish, an innovative coliving/cohousing blend in North Oakland.

• Richmond Tiny House Village, Farm and Garden, a community for homeless youth.

• Pleasant Hill Cohousing, doing their last in-person tour of the year. Please RSVP for important info if coming to this one.

• Kingfisher Cohousing, which has long-term rentals currently available in the Fruitvale neighborhood of Oakland.

• Earth Weave Collective, the last stop of the day, pioneering legal Tiny Homes on Wheels in a village in Oakland
